An attorney in Wilmington runs the state's first completely online law office with a software application that she and her programmer husband created for the legal profession.  They believe the software will allow legal professionals to tap into the large online market for legal services.  The technology may be integrated into a traditional brick & mortar law office as well as customized for an alternative method of practicing law, such as a home based law office.  The following link is to the related article published in the Wilmington Star News on September 2nd.

"E-Discovery Update: Direct Inspection Of Opposing Party Source Documents" by Conrad A. Jacoby.  Jacoby examines the availability of direct inspection in the electronic data era and finds that the importance of the potential evidence remains "an important guide to whether courts will permit [direct] inspection."
