4ALL PROJECT - (http://www.ncbar.org/4all/index.aspx)
Under the presidency of Janet Ward Black, the North Carolina
Bar Association will embrace the "4ALL" campaign which sets a formula
through which all NC lawyers will commit to make legal services
available to all North Carolinians, focusing on those at or below the
poverty level. The slogan is an updated twist on the Pledge of Allegiance,
"one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for
all." Legal Article of Interest
"Authenticating
E-Mail Discovery as Evidence" by Beatrice O'Donnell and Thomas A.
Lincoln. O'Donnell and Lincoln caution that e-mails "may be more prone
to problems of authenticity and hearsay than traditional written
documents."
