Life & Laws 101 is an informational guidebook designed to educate high school students about their civic rights and responsibilities as citizens.

The guidebook specifically addresses topics such as voting, military service, jury duty, credit, banking, employment, consumer protection, as well as numerous other rights and responsibilities associated with adulthood and good citizenship. The members of the Law-Related Education Committee researched and drafted the articles included in the guidebook with the ultimate goal of providing basic legal and practical information that these young adults can use to make informed decisions which will inevitably mold them into better citizens. The guidebook also identifies a plethora of resources in the governmental and private sector along with links to their websites and contact information, to assist young adults with specific issues or questions beyond that addressed by the guidebook.

Please feel free to download the attached electronic copy of the guidebook and pass it along to those who might find it informative and useful.
